The Code

The Constitution and Laws of Software Democracy are as much as possible inscribed in the Code, that is to say the programs that allow its exercise.

This Code is Open Source: it is open to all for contribution and review, which ensures its conformity and security.

The Code programs and automates the functioning of society according to the choices of citizens.

• It includes the rules of voting in the application that allows the exercise of Software Democracy on a daily basis. The votations are thus perfectly transparent, traceable and controllable.
• It automates the economic functioning, such as the collection of taxes or the payment of universal income, thus protecting the system from corruption and securing the economy.
• It secures Digital Identity and allows to guarantee the absolute protection of individual liberties and privacy.
