A Worldwide Cyberattack

This is one of the main theses of this text: the open and neutral nature of the Internet represents an absolute threat to the system, and bringing the Internet under control is one of its main battles.

Censorship and content control represented a first step, but it has reached its limits now that Twitter has opened a window to freedom of speech and the functioning of this censorship is exposed.

The next step will be to directly control access to the Internet by forcing user identification prior to each connection. Everything we do on the Internet will then be officially traced, recorded, and used against us.

How to make this plan accepted? The WEF presented it at Davos in January 2023: a global cyberattack will bring down the Internet in the West, interrupting all vital services (energy, transport, health...).

This attack will obviously originate from Russia or China, which will allow it to be presented as an aggression and justify a new escalation of military measures, but above all, to set up a controlled Internet network, where anonymity or pseudonymity will no longer be possible.

This identification can be associated with a social credit score, which will allow selection of who has the right to intervene on social networks and information platforms.

A similar project (pages 32 and 210) had already been proposed in Australia in 2021 without being included in the law; it's only a matter of time...
