6.6. Oversight of Institutions

The monitoring of international institutions operates similarly to the national level. The principle of Citizen Oversight Committees is found, which observe the functioning of institutions and the work of representatives, with the ultimate possibility of invoking a recall referendum.

The main difference is that members are randomly selected from outgoing members of national oversight committees, in order to benefit from their experience.
