4.7. Conclusion

We have now described the main components of Software Democracy:

• The Universal Constitution, which guarantees fundamental values and evolves through international votes.
• The National Constitution, which develops the principles of the Universal Constitution to make them applicable in different countries.
• The absolute sovereignty of citizens, who govern and bring Software Democracy to life on a daily basis.
• The essential role and functioning of voting.

Equipped with these tools, society avoids the personalization of power, limits the risks of corruption, and protects fundamental rights.
